Here we will introduce the Rohan online Skill, PvP and Township Battle. These all important in Rohan game. So, let us begin....

Rohan Skill

Characters earn 1 skill point for every level-up. The hotkey (K) and skill icons in the menu at the bottom left of the interface displays acquired skill points and provides information on the skills you are using. 5~7 skill points are required to master a single skill. Characters will be molded according to skill classification: Elemental, Buff, Passive or Active and according to how many points have been invested in each skill.

Investing skill points

• Press (K) or the Skill button on the bottom menu bar to open your Skill window. This provides information on skills and displays the number of points available to spend.
• Clicking on the skill icon's arrow will invest a point in the corresponding skill.
• Right-clicking on the skill icon provides detailed instructions.
• Using skill enhancement items, 1 point for up to every 5~7 skill points can be added according to a fixed rate.

Skill Enhancement Stone

Using skill enhancement items awards an additional point for skills that can be increased beyond level 5. No more than 5 skill points can be placed in a particular skill so enhancement items are required to level a skill past level 5. Skills that enhancement items can be applied to are indicated by a small box to the left of the skill icon.

To use skill enhancement items, at least 1 level must be invested in the skill. Skill enhancement items cannot be applied to Elemental skills and Level 1 Master Skill.

Inapplicable Skills: Elemental skills (Blazing, Frozen, Darkness, Divine, Invenom)

Level 1 Master Skill: Human (Taunt), White Mage (Cure Confusion, Divine Aura, Cure Silence, Kill Time, Teleport.

Using Skill Enhancement items

• Open the Skill window and drag the Skill Enhancement Stone to the appropriate skill you wish to upgrade.
• According to a fixed rate, 1 skill point can be added upon pressing the Enhance Skill button and the Enhancement item will be consumed.

Rohan PvP

Hit List

Hit list/Vengeance is a system exclusive to Rohan enabling you to keep track of your PVP battle outcomes and avenge yourself. The Hit list records 50 battles you have engaged in and their respective opponents and outcomes. If you have been killed in an arbitrary PVP, or was killed under circumstances you deem unfair, you can verify the log in status of the corresponding player, and via Vengeance, teleport to that player and be afforded a rematch. You will need the help of a player at an advanced level to execute reprisal on a player at an advanced level hence you are afforded an opportunity to form a party and teleport collectively. Vengeance grants one opportunity for avenging yourself against your killer recorded in the Hit list, and via Vengeance Charge NPCs stationed in each town, one additional opportunity is afforded by charging Vengeance points.

Each character is allotted one PVP opportunity for every 3 hours of playtime.

• Available number of kills begins at 5 with 1 point deducted upon each PVP victory.
• Kill counts less than 5, with the last PVP as the basis, rises by 1 count for every 3 hours of playtime.
• Keep track of your 3-hour PVP session with the timer at the bottom of the Hit list interface. The timer will be reset with the start of a PVP session.
• If all 5 allotted counts are depleted, your character is indicated as a Murderer, and you cannot engage in PK or PVP for 15 hours of playtime to revert to normal mode.
• Immediately preceding becoming a Murderer, by employing Repent, double-speed count recovery is provided to Humans via the Cathedral Keeper and other races via Town Head Guards (to be implemented).
• Upon becoming a Murderer, character name will turn red and your character will be subjected to attacks from other players and guard NPCs stationed at town gates.
• Murderers can be attacked without incurring a deduction in the available kill count.

Vengeance

You will be summoned to your killer by clicking on the axe icon next to the player ID displayed on the Hit list.

Vengeance

• Using Vengeance for the first time will inactivate the icon, and paying a set fee to each town's recall charge NPC will activate the icon for one Vengeance session.
• Party transport and summons is contingent upon consent of party members. Summons is not available if the opposing player is logged out or in a Safe Zone.

Rohan Township Battle

Township Battle is a massive PVP battle system taking place on independent battlefields instead of ordinary fields.

With numerous guilds vying to occupy strongholds, the guild having accumulated the greatest amount of points is awarded the right to levy taxes in the designated area.

Township Battle Requests

• Township Battles are held during a designated period.
• Township Battles are held in 3 Battlefields simultaneously.
• Guilds with more than 30 members and above Level 30 are eligible.
• Advance requests must be made to Township Battle Mediator NPCs stationed in each town of each race.
• Only guild masters reserve the authority to submit Township Battle/coalition requests or issue an acceptance.
• Guild masters must purchase required items from Township Battle Mediator NPCs to prepare for battle.

Township Battle Stages

• Request period: Township battle/alliance requests are made to Township Battle Mediator NPCs in major cities.

• Standby Period: Upon entering Battlefields via battlefield gates near Bindstones of each race, guilds stand-by for battle. Skill cannot be wielded and battle cannot be waged in Battlefields during this time.

• Battle Period: Actual township battles take place and skills can be wielded.

Vengeance

Occupying Strongholds in Township Battles.

Each Battlefield is comprised of 9 camps varying in size with a holdbase stationed in each one. Strongholds are occupied by destroying a stronghold and the guild master placing a stronghold occupation item inside. At the time of destruction the guild having inflicted the greatest damage, and their ally guilds, are granted a 2-minute priority occupation.

Township Battle Score Allocation

Fifteen, twenty five, or fifty points are awarded for occupation depending on the stronghold location. Stronghold occupation points are awarded every minute with the amount depending on the stronghold. If an occupied stronghold is captured by another guild, stronghold occupation points are retained. Two bonus points are also awarded for killing a member of an opposing guild.

A guild having failed to occupy at least one stronghold at the time of Township Battle termination cannot be victorious regardless of how many points it has accumulated. If two guilds have acquired the same amount of points, the guild with the lower overall guild member number, the guild master rank, and average level of guild members is given priority. Points acquired by guilds during Township Battles are converted into guild points which can be used to purchase guild skills upon termination of battle.
